Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These are GroupAdda’s published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to groupadda.com and the GroupAdda Android app (package com.groupadda.app).
Zero tolerance
- Child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, and any sexual content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- This includes images, videos, links, group titles, descriptions, invite links, and reports that share such material.
- We do not create, host, or knowingly distribute CSAE. Listings are user-submitted invite links; we do not store WhatsApp or Telegram chat contents.
Who may use GroupAdda
- Users must be 13 or older (or the digital-consent age in their country).
- There is no adult category. Sexual, pornographic, and dating-for-sex listings are banned for all ages.
How we prevent CSAE
- Banned-word filters block sexual and illegal language on titles, descriptions, and links.
- New groups and channels wait for admin approval before they appear publicly (unless an admin turns on auto-approve; violating listings are still removed).
- Admins can reject, remove, or change invite links, and ban a device.
- Users can report a listing from the group page in the app or on the website. Reports with the most flags are shown first to admins.
What we do if we find CSAE
- We remove the listing and related reports immediately.
- We may ban the device that posted it.
- We may report the matter to law enforcement and to NCMEC CyberTipline (or the equivalent authority in the reporter’s country).
- Do not upload CSAM to GroupAdda. If you encounter it elsewhere, report it to NCMEC / local police as well.
In-app and website reporting
- Open a listing → Report.
- Email hello@groupadda.com with the listing URL or title.
